Your appointment begins with an exam to determine if Invisalign is right for you. Then, we use our digital scanner to create a 3D image of your smile so you can see potential improvement with Invisalign treatment.
Step 2
Develop a Custom
Treatment Plan
We will create a precise Invisalign treatment plan, including timelines, based on the decisions made in your first appointment. Your customized plan includes the movement of your teeth that should occur with each set of aligners.
Step 3
Start Your Custom
Treatment Plan
Your Invisalign clear aligners are custom-made just for you. You will wear them each day, removing them to eat, drink, brush and floss. As your treatment progresses, your aligners may gradually begin to shift your teeth.
Step 4
Switch Your Aligners
Every Two Weeks
You will switch to the next set of clear aligners approximately every two weeks. Every six weeks or so, you will have brief checkups with your dental team to review your progress.
Step 5
Maintain Your Straighter Smile
It's an exciting day when you reach the end of your treatment! During your final appointment, we will discuss the next steps with you, and prescribe retainers to help keep your teeth in their new positions.
